Collect: One 5 mL gold top tube
Pediatric: Two gold top microtainers
Stability:
   Refrigerated 10 days at 2-8 C   
Required for Testing: 0.8 mL serum
Test Includes: Quantitative result for kappa free light chain and lambda free light chain and kappa/lambda ratio in serum sample.

Reference Values

Kappa Free Light Chain: 0.33-1.94 mg/dL 

Lambda Free Light Chain: 0.57-2.63 mg/dL

Ratio: 0.26-1.65
